I offer retreats that aim at slowing you down and benefing as much as possible from total immersion and the multiple benefits that nature and trees offers. By maximizing the duration, as in this case from 2 to 5 days, these benefits are multiplied and will last longer.
Combining an activity such as cycling or walking through the mountains, with Yin Yoga in addition to my Shinrin Yoku sessions completes the experience in the unique natural setting offered by the Japanese Alps.
Integrating Yin Yoga sessions enriches the experience. This gentle, slow and meditative practice emphasizes immobility and introspection. It promotes a harmonious balance between body and mind, making it a perfect complement to Shinrin Yoku, creating together a deeper, more immersive experience.
You’ll be welcomed in our lodge, located on the edge of the forest. A warm and peaceful setting perfect for recharging your batteries and reconnecting with nature. Our chef will honor japanese flavors with gourmet dishes prepared with seasonal produce.
